Hi,
Is there anybody out there who can help me get my factory installed Motorola M8989 GSP phone to work from the steering wheel controls.
I believe that a cd was issued when new along with a handbook, unfortunately, I have neither, hears hoping, happy new year! Dave

Even with the handbook it is a bit of a bitch and is much easier if you just use the dash controls:

On steering wheel - press and hold the select button (With the phone logo). This switches you into phone mode. Enter the phone number from the radio keypad. Press and hold the button on the side (with phone handset logo) to send the call. This button is also used to terminate the call.

Thanks for reply, as you say they do appear to be troublesome, so will probably stay with the Nokia plugged into cigarette lighter until I master it. Thanks for your imput. Dave
