Hi folks,
I wonder if anyone can help.

I currently have a tomtom one regional.

I was wondering whether I could download the software onto an XDA, or would I have to purchase something like TomTom Navigator 6 software to install onto the xda.

Thanks

I have a combination of tomtom navigator 5 and tomtom one maps (latest) on my pocket pc, the whole lot what you have got, will not work on your unit, you need the navigator software.

Short answer? No. The maps are interchangeable, but the software on the One, Go, etc is programmed in one language (can't remember which) whereas Navigator software for PDAs etc is Linux based. So they are not compatible - which is why third party Go software doesn't work on my PDA - Grr!

Also worth noting that the latest maps to go with Navigator 6 are not compatible with Navigator 5 software.
