Dont forget MapPoint is a visual GIS system that just looks simple. The map/turn version is Autoroute:

Still not as good as TomTom tbh, but if you are building an in-car PC, I could ask someone I know who does a bit of AutoPC stuff for MS..
I already have a tomtom version for my XDA IIi and I mainly use it for that. Seems such a waste of a phone that I never use so I thought I would sell it and use my laptop instead. The BMW does or should I say did have satnav but the drive has packed up (plus I think it is going soon).
