Tomtom 710 hanging

Been using a new Tomtom 710 for a few weeks.

Removing it from the screen and switching off today, it locked up. I was three hours from home, and its been burning the opening screen al that time.

Found the reset button, but it took three attempts to get it booted up again.

Anyone else had this problem..?

Yes I've had it happen. Primarily when I was trying to load the latest firmware version. It's not done it recently.

I had this happen once or twice when updating. just used the reset button and has been working find for the last few months
