Garmin 300 - additional european maps???

Ive got the little Garmin 300, its been fine in the Uk and even recognised stuff pretty much all the way through to Le Mans last year (until we got right into the town itself )

Im now based in Belgium and would like to have similar detail over here - the 'Europe Metroguide Version 7' (or 8) seem to be what I need - but where to get them from?

Am I kidding myself that buying it cheap off ebay is going to save me money in the long run!? Anybody else bought and used these, am I going to be disappointed with the level of detail in comparison to the UK maps etc???

Don't know about the Metro Guide but I have Eurpoean City Select and have found the detail to be excellent in France, can't comment upon Belguim though.
