Tom Tom One Home Charger FUBARED

Does anyone know what might be wrong with it? I recently bought it, but its been used before I reckon. It just isn't doing anything with regards to charging my Tom Tom One, and I've got no clue what could be up with it.

There aren't any screw holes to open it up, so I don't know if its the fuse or not.




Any ideas? Think I will have to take it back tomorrow.
