A quick note. I recently bought a car with one of these in and it is now bleeping at me to update the software. The supplied lead does not fit my computer. When the update contract expires will my unit cease to function or will it continue to work but with the current (old) database?

i.e. In 16 days will it stop working or just continue to remind me that it needs updateing.

it should still work just won't be up to date

standard cables - should be able to get one from pc world or local computer shop with the correct ends on

Will definitely be OK, you'll just be without the latest camera sites.

I ran my original Blue-i for months without the latest data, never had any problems.
