DVD/SatNav/Detector?

I've seen in-car wirelesses with 'pop-out' screens for DVD players and combined SatNav/detectors; is there one device that does the whole kaboodle? I.e. a removable DAB/cd/dvd/mp3/satnav/detector-type device?

Kenwood do the KNA520+KVT627 screen.

The KNA520 is a GPS unit with which you can load camera positions on (not a detector).

The KVT627 is a screen.
