Route planning on PC software for Indago

I am doing a Europe trip in a couple of weeks (Eurohoon). My Indago is brilliant for planning a destination and going via 1 other point.
However I am looking for any software that might let me enter mulitple points on a journey, preferably on my PC and then downloading it to the Indago.
If anyone has heard of any such package I would be grateful for the advice.
