Copying onto bigger memory card - Tom Tom Go 300

I have a Tom Tom Go 300, with the UK maps on the supplied card.

I have a 1GB SD card to put other maps I buy on. Can I copy the maps from the original card onto the bigger card, so everything is in one place?

If so, how do I do it?

With the TT One I copied the existing card to my PC using a card reader & then dumped it to the new one. Took about 5 minutes each way.
