Any suggestions?

Both around the same price.

The specs are turning my brain numb so I've tried to read some customer reviews and again it seems a bit of a minefield. Tom Tom seem to get more complaints about faulty units but I've read that the Garmin lacks useful features like being able to scroll the map whilst on the move....

Can any PH'ers with either of the above give me some clear advice?

Thanks

I think you find that many of us are in either the Garmin on the TomTom camps - I prefer the build quality of Garmin kit having owned three units, after a stint using TomTom on a PDA and hearing numerous reports of failues of the Go units, I decided I could live without the superflous features and returned to Garmin.

If the 350 is anything like the 360 (and as far as I am aware the only difference betwen the two is the Bluetooth capability), you can quite easily scroll around and/or zoom in/out the map whilst on the move. It's all done by touch screen, as are all of the control inputs to the unit.
