SIM based DIN Phone??

In my Porsche that I have just got rid of - there was an all-in-one comms unit - phone sat nav - audio etc

Does anyone know of a Din 1 size unit that houses a SIM + phone as well as audio - I have seen the Becker Online Pro - which looks just the kiddie.

I am not really interested in a Bluetooth enabled unit as I have heard that the call quality of a BT unit is pretty poor.

Ideas please???
