Can anyone tell me if you can get the camera database to load onto the Merc command system

TBH ditch factory sat nav Big waste of money unless it was standard ,and get something like a tom tom , just as good plus you can add the camera database . road angel is very good though and you can hard wire it and just have it sat in the corner of you dash .
