SatNav and lightening don't always mix

Yesterday (Monday evening) my Audi SatNav crashed with a thunderstorm in progress. Never happened before, but I 'spose it's reasonable that a bloddy great electric shot across the sky would bugger up the signallage from orbit.

Rebooted it by pressing Setup/Select/Map - Audi's equiv. of Ctrl/Alt/Del. - worked ok after.

Anyone else had any SatNav issues with lightening?
