Tom Tom Recall???

Tried to buy a 510 in Dixons Tax Free at Heathrow this week and they said they had been recalled along with the 710 for a software fault. Anybody know if there is any truth in this or whether he had just run out and was trying to sell me a 910 (which they had in stock).

there is nothing on their website, which is the place I would of thought they would let you know if there was a recall.

Ok I know the difference with the 510,710 and 910, but were is the best place to get a good price for one?
online, Maplins, dixons etc..
