Mobile/PDA with integrated GPS

I want sat nav on my phone with an itegrated GPS so that I don't need 2 pieces of kit with wires/bluetooth.

Apart from the Mio A710, does anyone know of a phone/PDA with integrated GPS, & preferably WiFI, that is coming to the market in the next few months from one of the major manufacturers?

I have a HP6515 pda/phone with built in GPS receiver. Unfortunately I can't tell you if the GPS is any good as I live in Lalaland where satnav is almost unheard of

Nokia N80. Has WiFi and you can plug in a GPS reciever.
