Confused with tomtom/garmin - help please folks

Tom tom one, is it THAT much worse than the 300/500/700 variants, and can it show gatso's etc
Just confused as to which one I need to go for...

All of the tomtom variants can use the same 'safety' camera locations database.

have just purchased a TT one for my other half, and she has paid her subscription to TOM TOM direct and downloaded the camera sites.

In short , i was going to get her the larger 500/ 510 or 700 model , but came to the conclusion that for £220 it was more compact and did the same as the others bar ,european mapping ........Which you can add should you require later.

Whilst doing my research i did find Comet doing the old 700 for £320 which seemed good value.

After Two weeks of ownership all Dorothy Perkins and shopping centre are now nicely indexed..........................oh and race circiuts to !!!

Thanks folks, I'll go for the 'one' then. Incidentally, have found it to be pretty cheap at 'link' for £204 all in.

I think the camera stuff is a bit too small raify....I've funnelled it down to either the navman 530 or the tomtom one.
