TomTom 500 - does it cover France?

Borrowing a TT500 for going to Le Mans but I am unsure if it will have a map of France on the card. Can anyone advise?

No, it doesn't. It has "Major roads of Europe" but that's a bit hopeless.

Major roads is plenty IMO. I've driven to a tiny hamlet in the Borgogne, and the Nurburgring with the TT500. Both trips were coped with perfectly.
