TomTom Mobile 5 - which Nokia handset to choose?

I'm due a free handset upgrade from Orange and also fancy buying the TomTom Mobile 5 sat nav offering.

The TomTom web site tells me the handsets that are compatable, (I have a strong preference for Nokia) but I imagine it will work better with some than with others.

Can anyone advise? I'm presuming more RAM is a good start. I don't know much about the Symbian OS, but believe there's different versions of that too. Essentially - which nokia handset should run the TomTom Mobile 5 software fastest and with least problems?

My 6680 runs it fine, but a bit slow to load up..

Nokia's N70 runs alot smoother than the 6630 or 6680, no software crashes or voice instructions that break up.

It's not Nokia, but my Orange M500 copes admirably!
