Tomtom One update?
Discussion
TomTom's are notorious for poor, out of date mapping. You will need to wait for the next version of the UK maps from TomTom (which you will have to pay for btw!) and hope the road is included.
The One comes with version 605? Which is the current/newest version you can buy

bus_ter's right. This was discussed in January / February. See here for TomTom's unhelpful reply (if my url code works; if not, see "Sat Nav Systems > TOMTOM BRITAIN-MAP VERSION NUMBER" on 1st Feb).

Yes. In my experience, TT's customer support is piss poor.
I asked them about their map of Hong Kong (I live there) saying that all their website has is a price...and thats it. Have they any more info they could give me like file size, English or chinese voice and visual instructions.
They told me to look on their website and called that an 'answered response'
Im checking out Mio's C210 now

TomTom's responses aren't always the quickest, but I have heard good things in the last month or so. Let's hope things are improving.
Mapping data (IIRC) is supplied by Tele Atlas, whereas NavTeQ are the market leaders. Generally it takes around two years for a new road to get onto mapping software, so TBH all maps are out of date at the point of sale.
Have a look at the tomtom site to see if there is an update, but as mentioned before you'll most likely have to part with cash to get it. If you subscribe (or register or whatever) then you will most liekly get discounted rates (I did) once a year (valid for a few months normally).
It's also worth checking out www.mytomtomgo.com as well.
