problems with in car sat nav
Discussion
new co' car arrives soon with in car sat nav
does anyone know of any conflicts between the in car sat nav and camera detector (gps)
ie does the additional receiver interfere with or has its ability reduced by the factory fitted system?
alternatively any camera software available for in car sat nav system that you could load from a dvd

Im currently running a Snooper s3,a Talex and a Tomtom .. the receivers are all mounted within 8 inches or so of each other and no probs. So far as I understand they are all passive receivers and dont interfere with each other.
As far as alerts on a built in sat nav I dont think you can. The system needs to accept 'points of interest' and lots of them. I dont think the built in systems do this but I stand to be corrected by those in teh know.
