adding voices to tomtom go

can any one help me in installing additional voices to my tomtom go?

where do they go, Ive downloaded POI's but the voices don't work

You need to copy them to the voices file on your tom tom.

cant find them

If you stick your card into a card reader it should be in the top right hand corner next to TomTom-Cfg

looked all over
done a search of the drive for voice files.
still no luck

Do you think it could be that I have an eary Tomtom Go?

What tom tom have you got ? it should be there , if not try creating a voices file . but there should be one there .

It's a tomtom go bought it summer 2004
its got app 5.00

tomorrow I'll take a screen shot of the files on the SDcard and post them here

On my Pda the voices go in the Maps of Great Britain file, try that.

I've put the new voices in both and they aren't regognised when tyring to change voice in the Tomtom preferences
