how to get speed camera sites for free

How do I get free (sorry to be a tightwad) safety camera poi for my wifes tom tom go 500?

Also, is it any good for cross country mountain biking using, for instance bridleways around, for instance, Helmsley?

I would have thought you would have been better with a waterproof OS map! I think the DB in the TT500, etc only covers 'made roads', not RUPPS, BOATS, bridleways, etc. If you used a product like multimap, I think you can plot waypoints on the maps on screen, then these can be translated into GPS coordinates. Don't quote me on that. You effectively get a custom route to follow for each bridlepath you map/upload into your TT500.
