Which integrated Sat Nav

Decided after getting a nice annual bonus that the 944 needs a better
audio than the Daewoe Radio cassette it has at the mo.
Looking at various MP3 players it occurs to me that I could get one with
Sat Nav built in to save me lugging the Dell Axim with TT3 around.
Whats around for under £500 & do these unit permit use with CD's as well or navigating
or do you get one or the other?
Someone was recommending the Becker Indianapolis unit, any other options?
