Satnav on nokia mobile phones

Does anyone know if its possible to convert a nokia 6680 to run satnav? I was told by someone that if you put a 1gb memory card in the phone it will support tomtom satnav program.
Anyone know if this correct?

You only need approx 128mb (safer with a 256 card) to run TT mobile 5 for UK roads. If you have a 2GB card, you can fit most of the detailed european maps on too. Beware that the application EATS bateries!
