sat/Nav camera detection for my maserati

I have a 3200 Asseto Corsa and want to put a small sat nav in it. The main reason is camera detection obviously though.

I have a becker stereo can anyone tell me if the becker stereo sat nav systems are ok. Otherwise can anyone provide advice as to which is the best small sat nav/camera device to get?

Fianlly driving to spain later this year so it would be good if the sat nav had france and spain maps on them!
