TTO in Ireland ?

does the standard UK maps work in Ireland ?
dont suppose it works in southern Ireland ?

I've tried looking up places I know on the south coast, like Kinsale, and it doesn't seem to have them. The maps of Ireland are very poor on Tom Tom. I've tried to see if I can buy them and I've not found anywhere yet.

On the other hand, if you look at the maps that Tom Tom claim to have proper ones of, Ireland doesn't feature.
