RDS TMC - Garmin 2720 & Installation

Anyone using RDS TMC with a transfrable Sat Nav Unit?

I run two cars and I'm contemplating a Transferable Sat Nav. Currently my thinking is the Garmin 2720 purely because of its RDS-TMS capability! Anyone else got one or an alternative for me to review?

And......has anyone else plumbed in their wiring....ie power, remote antenna, speakers/hi/fi interface etc etc so you just have to move the unit as opposed to all the junk? If so any advie tips or recomended installers?

Prompted by your post I've just had a scout about the net. They offer a couple of systems that are TMC compatible. There are 2 types of TMC module the GTM 10 and GTM 11, I prefer the GTM 11 as it comes with it's own aerial. The GTM 10 plugs into the car aerial, which for me limits it's practicality as it cannot easily be transferred between cars.
