TomTom One - European Maps?

Buying two of these this weekend and need to install European maps on both.

Anyone know if I can get away with buying just 1 set of CD-roms for install?
Also, in order to install maps, would I need an upgrade memory chip?

The maps are stored on SD cards, so if you want to install more the just the UK, you'll need a bigger card - 1Gb cards are pretty cheap...

You can download map packages from tomtom.com. It's a bit of a fiddle uploading them into the unit 'cos you have to register the TT1 and the maps at ttcode.com, but you only need to do it once for each map.

I've got the UK, France and Iberia on my 1Gb card and there is plenty of room to spare.

The whole of Europe runs to about 2.5Gb though, and I'm not sure if there are SD cards that big yet. You might need to split the maps between a couple of cards...
