Snooper query?

Have both Road Angel and Snooper, fully subscribed.
Currently having difficulties downloading the Snooper.
Anyone else having the same problem accessing their servers ??

Yep - tried to update the S6 on Saturday before going on a trip, couldn't then and still can't now. I also found that one of their websites is down so it could be a server issue.

To be frank I am well p****d off with them, the database update I had did not notify me of either a mobile site on a bridge (A11) or 2 x gatso's in roadworks (again A11). With the server now having been down for two days I am seriously reviewing the reliability of this system.

Spoke this morning to them and they admitted a server problem.
Pleased to hear they are are back in 'business' as i'm unable to try an upload as have left the leads @ main home...doh!
anyway road angel is working fine in t'other car

Must admit that this is the 1st problem with them in 3 years.
So, suppose can't complain

I used to have a Road Angel (new version) and my opinion is that the databse for the RA is more comprehensive than the Snooper for mobile sites and 'blackspots' (not fixed cam's). Given that you have both, what do you think?
