Is there anyway to connect a 'New Road Angel' to a PDA to use it as a Sat Nav system? I have the Road Angel, but not the PDA.
Has anybody tried this or know of any way to do it?

If your PDA has a serial input it can be done, there is quite a good one from Holux at https://www1.securesiteserver.co.uk/holux/catalogue/product_info.php?cPath=41&products_id=53 (SSL links don't appear to work sorry) for £29.99 that both links and powers the two units, making it quite a tidy solution.

I've successfully used this solution for two years in conjunction with Tom Tom Navigator for pocket pc. Only thing a little annoying is the cabling across the dash, and that the map output socket on the rear of the RA can come adrift if you're not careful when mounting the RA on the dash. Work have recently upgraded me to a pda with built in GPS which will make life simpler - pda and RA can now be used independently.
