Can I get extra software for Packard Bell GPS 400?

Hi there fellas,

I've just got a Packard Bell GPS 400 (for xmas) - and am wondering if I can get some software or patches to:

1) Locate all fixed position speed cameras
2) Identify congestion in advance and re-map alternate route (in real time)

Any suggestions, links, instructions (for non-techies) on where & how to download and install - would be greatly appreciated.
