Adapter for tom tom AND roadangel

I'm thinking of getting a Tom Tom 300/500. I also have a Road Angel. They both need the cigarette lighter for the power. Is there an adapter that converts this to use both?

The new road angel has a printer-style USB plug at the back of it, you may be able to use that to pass-through or pass-in power.

I have a PDA cradle with USB-out power, so link them like that.
