Which Set?

OK,I am a total numb nuts as far as technology is concerned,I want to get a sat nav,with UK & Europe maps,speed camera detection& maps,& the garage door opening gizmo that I have heard about.Prefer single package with one power lead,as it will have to move between cars .Does this exist?or am I looking for the holy grail?
