GPS cable problems
Discussion
I've got a iPaq 3950 with TomTom 3 (upgraded to TT5) and it's bundled GPS package. The bundled package comes with a cigarette adapter/gps unit that plugs into the ipaq but I've had an accident.
The lead that goes between the gps unit and the plug got jammed in the door and now I can't pick up any satellite signals. I tried fixing the cable, but no joy.
I can either use this an an excuse to buy an all built in charger/cradle/gps unit or just buy a new cable/gps but I'm having difficulty finding one.
Is anyone using a cradle they would recommend? I want one I can just leave in the car and plonk the iPaq into without faffing around with wires.
