Kenwood 5020 DAB Connector
Discussion
That looks like it started off as a female SMB connector and is missing its shield.
This is what it should look like
Solution is to get someone who can repair electronics to remove and replace the connector.
Provided you are moderately handy with a soldering iron and can dismantle the head unit, it's not actually a big or difficult job. Probably better to see if a local ICE shop can repair it though as they'll have someone who can do it for a nominal fee.

Thanks for reply, great knowledge.
I think you’re right and does look a larger piece has snapped off. Annoying as I don’t particularly like the unit but I’m committed now.
I’ve sent the the picture to Kenwood support to see what they say. They usually recommend a repair place near Ipswich which is miles away. Will have a search and see if I can find someone locally (Taunton).
Thanks again for your help.
