real single DIN size android auto head units?

I'm well aware that there are many single Din units available but they all stick out beyond the size of a true single din unit. with bigger screens etc.

there must be something that will fit in the dash like an old headunit so that it dosnt look like cheap crap.

How would you use any of the Android Auto functionality without a screen?

it can have a screen just not one that is any bigger than a standard single din unit
