Upgrade audio / add Android to Navara D40

Looking for options to add a screen with Android connectivity. Prefereably with a decent amp/audio output to piggy back into OEM speakers/cable.
Everything I found so far is based on DIN/doubleDIN or to replace existing screen, but the built in screen handles all the air con controls/trip computer etc.

Any recommendations please ?

I am about to put a mr12volt system into my B8 Audi S4, this has carplay so will allow me to use Waze or similar instead of the useless Audi Nav without changing the screen.
