New Head Unit for a Tunes Update!

Morning folks

I have a 2009 Elise with a now useless head unit. I am looking at replacing it asap. It has to be a standard "Din" size unit to sit in the original position.

I have not even started looking yet but does anyone have any recommendations I should consider?

I want DAB, MP3 but not really sure what else.

I realize this is a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question but just looking for some advice on where to start.

Start with what's your budget? You probably want to add bluetooth.

If you go for a floating screen type, you can have Apple carplay /android auto to use Waze and other car apps

I have a 2003 elise with a head unit I’ve not turned on for about 12 years, mainly because I can’t reach it from the drivers seat. And if I could reach it I can’t hear it.

Interested in options.

Thanks for replying. That looks interesting. I would prefer if I could remove the front as my car is not garaged but I will certainly look at this.
