The Wife’s radio on the above car stopped working so I took a look. I removed the appropriate fuse (No8) to check if it was blown, but everything was good. Put the fuse back in and hey presto the radio now works, unfortunately the engine fault light came on instead and won’t go off. Seems crazy that taking out an unrelated fuse can cause this issue (I know it’s French so anything is possible when it comes to electrics) by the way car drives fine, but will be an MOT fail if not rectified. Any ideas?
Get or borrow a cheap ODBII dongle and see what the code is. You should be able to clear it too
