Recommend me a basic alarm/remote central locking

Can anyone recommend an alarm/remote central locking system? My weekend car has constant issues with drained battery, dead key fob batteries and so on which is becoming a bit of a nuisance, it's a fairly dated system so I'm thinking of replacing it with something more modern and basic, preferably without a massive fob that requires two big batteries and runs them flat every few months.

As for extra security the car will be kept behind gates and I plan to add kill switches for battery and fuel pump.

I don't require any fancy add ons like remote start.

What car is it? Does it have central locking as standard? How about just fitting a immobiliser. Minimal draw on them.
