I am going to have to store one of my cars with a quality car storage location that provides an individual socket near each bay for a battery conditioner.
I always have my cars connected to CTEKs when not in use to preserve the battery.
But I have just read the contract with the storage company and it states I need to check that my battery conditioner works on a 1 hour charge per day.
I presume but will check, that the power source to the charging sockets is switched on once per day for an hour.
I don't know how this is going to work with my CTEK as it should power up and then just manage the input to the battery. If it keeps getting switched off won't that confuse the CTEK?

Not all chargers will automatically start charging when the power is switched off and on again. The ctek will though.
What it will do though is start the charging cycle all over again, this is not how a ctek is meant to be used so not sure if it would cause any issues to either the battery or the ctek.

My Ctek quickly skips through the stages when first switched on to which ever part of the programme is needed for the state of the battery. I think it’ll be absolutely fine.

This. I’ve seen mine do it and settle almost straight back into the maintenance charge again.

My bottom of the range CTEK I use on my bike is the same, takes a couple of minutes to clear the early steps and once it's happy it'll just maintenance charge
