Garmin Streetpilot i3
Discussion
Just bought one of these yesterday for £199.99 - an absolute bargain.
Much smaller than a Tom Tom Go or the Garmin 3xx series so you can take it (and the windscreen mount) with you easily when the car is parked.

I haven't used any other systems so I don't have anything to compare it with but it seems to calculate routes quickly and re-routes very quickly.

You can load scamera POIs from pocketgpsworld although I haven't got around to doing this yet.
The unit only displays your speed when it is not navigating (pretty pointless I know) when navigating it shows an ETA instead of the speed.
For £200 it seems to be a good little unit but as I said above I've had nothing to compare it against. It does take you on some strange routes occasionally and suction mount 'lets go' and the whole thing lands in your lap sometimes. Another problem is that it can lock up and this can only be fixed by removing the batteries - this has happens about once a week to me (I'm in the car a lot as I'm a chauffeur) and I think a firmware upgrade will be available soon to fix it.
If you have any other questions let me know.
