Anyone know anything about LVDS cables (car related)

Hi , i have just installed a wireless apple car play unit MMI box to my mini f56 ,the job was ok but i was planning on having the actual box in the glove box however the original OEM LVDS cable is only aprox 6 inches and this needs to go in the MMI box ,the cable that came with the unit used for the out signal is fine ..With the OEM cable restricting me i have to locate the MMI in a very tight space ..

I am looking for a way to be able to extend the OEM screen in cable and looking i believe if i had a female / Male double ended LDVS cable i could extend it to allow me to fit in the glove box ,so if anyone knows if a cable exists i would appreciate it thanks ..

You should be able to get a longer cable - either off the shelf or made to spec fairly easily. Have you a picture of the connectors etc? Is it a 20-pin or 80-pin?

Need ccc lvds link part number direly This is the link that goes from screen to ccc unit which sends the picture to evaluate any one know the part number for this or have one that they are not utilizing after a cic overhaul much obliged.
