OEM Amplifier connection to aftermarket radio.
Discussion
Hi,
I am trying to wrap my head around the wiring connection I need to make.
I have an aftermarket radio and want to connect my vehicles OEM amplifier. The vehicle is an Audi A3 8P. I have already achieved the vehicles speakers to function with the aftermarket radio.
I have attached relative images.
Here is the OEM information.
I have:
1 - Signal (+) (rear left) to amplifier with bass loudspeaker -R44- in luggage compartment (left-side)
4 - Switched positive to amplifier with bass loudspeaker -R44- in luggage compartment (left-side)
7 - Signal (+) (rear right) to amplifier with bass loudspeaker -R44- in luggage compartment (left-side)
10 - Signal (–) to amplifier with bass loudspeaker -R44- in luggage compartment (left-side)
I am unsure what a switched positive (4) is. Also why do I have 2 + connections and only 1 - negative? Does 1and 10 share the same negative?
This was the OEM wiring, J503 was my OEM radio which I have now removed, all those cables were in the connector mentioned above.
I have already successfully wired the CANBUS to the aftermarket radio (it switches on/off with ignition with no need for ACC).
I have been supplied an impendance converter by my supplier but here is where I am confused.
Is the car audio host my new aftermarket radio? Also I do not have RCA connectors for my amplifier, they are just regular wires.
Here are some additional images my supplier provided.
Thanks for any help!

You need a left and right positive speaker wire connected from HU to Amp to act as the signals instead of RCA connectors.
Then you need a connection from the ACC from HU to Amp which tells the amp to turn on/off.
Finally it's asking for a negative connection that shares it ground with the HU.
Presumably the Amp already has it's own Live connected separately? If not, then it may want a switched ignition live from the HU but I'd suggest it should have it's own live. Pics and specs of the amp would help.

- * Is the amp purely for a single subwoofer?

You're spot on. Got it working now, thanks for the assistance! Then you need a connection from the ACC from HU to Amp which tells the amp to turn on/off.

For anyone who ever has this issue and is looking for a solution, here is what to do:
In the image I supplied in OP, green is back left +, yellow is back right +, grey is Ant, and white is earth. Match these connections with your aftermarket unit and all should work.
