Anyone know of a sat nav system that can be easily fixed to and used on a motorbike, and that isn't too expensive?

Thanks

Correct! The Tom Tom Rider should be out soon - it can be used as a handsfree phone as well - check out Tom Tom's website - there's a photo from a French guy of one attached to his bike, plus details of when it's available (September I think).

I've got a Garmin Quest system that I can use both in the car and on the bike.

Small enough to be taken off and put in your jacket pocket when not riding too.

Costs about 350 quid for the unit (with full european mapping + free upgrade)

About 20 quid for the bike mount. Have used it to Magny-Cours and back on the bike and never missed a turn or gave a wrong call.

From what I've seen TomTom units ae extremely over-rated too.

Go to Tourateck - they deal in most makes and the mounts etc for most motorcycles.

Bought my Streetpilot 2610 from them - fantastic.
