Driver Passenger Comms

I have a noisy sports car and I’m of an age where my hearing isn’t what it used to be. On fast roads or motorways the most common word in the car is “Pardon??”

I’m wondering about small headsets, like bikers use - but they generally seem to be suitable for helmets. Does anyone have any suggestions? Presume they operate on a Bluetooth system.
