Cheapy CarPlay Units

Has anyone got one? There are a number of sub £50 units appearing on the likes of ebay and amazon now, and I'm wondering how bad they are?

I should point out I'm planning to use this in the garage with some old speakers and not in the car, so I can live with 'some' lag!

I'm currently in the process of trying to install an Eonon Q03 which has both Android and Carplay.

I'll give you my opinion when / if I can get it installed
