Is xtrons just rebranded cheaper headunits

Been browsing around the forums. There is soo many post about xtrons. Good and bad.
I been looking and I can tell the difference between a cheaper head unit

Except that the xtrons unit is only 2gig and the cheaper is 4

Are they same units?

I have a yangting head set in my mr2 and for £55 with android auto and reversing camera is fine. The quality doesn't need to be great and it works as it's pretty loud in there
But in the audi a3 (2009) i use every day for work, I want something a bit better hence why looking at these
