Ghost 2 Immobiliser

Just looking at getting a Ghost 2 immobiliser for my Giulia QV and have read a couple of posts on PH where it seems to suggest the product doesn’t play nicely with the engine management system, which is a worry. Has anybody got any experience of the product and/or a recommended installer around the East Midlands.

Apparently Ghost 2 does now work and play nicely with QVs, from what I've heard. There may be a difference between facelift and pre-facelift cars though.

The majority of people I know have either Metatrak or Scorpion due to earlier issues, but now people are getting Ghost fitted but tend to stick to others due to those previous issues.

Cheers bud thanks for the response, I’ve found a guy locally who knows the car and he says they work fine now with a slight oddity that after entering your pin you must cycle the ignition which seems a faff.

Just thinking it all through.

There's just been a conversation about this funnily enough--apparently it should be all good now and Autowatch have sorted all of the issues

They did, apparently that is still the case.

So ignore the 'all issues have been fixed'

Yes, Ghosts work on the QV. The cycling through the ignition sounds worse than it is. I've had a Ghost on mine since June.
